Why should I purchase a
Chill Frill
Pillowcase?
A. The Chill Frill
Pillowcase is a
pillowcase with a
"frill" sewn into the
top seam for the purpose
of providing warmth for
the head, ears, and
neck. It is also
beneficial in blocking
out the light, warming
the blood vessels (as in
the case of a migraine
headache), and for just
making you feel
cozy.

Q. What
type of material is the
Chill Frill made
from?
A. It is made of
100% cotton flannel. The
flannel is double-napped
which means it is fuzzy
on both sides.

Q. Can
the Frill keep my head
warm without covering my
face?
A. Yes, because of
the fullness, you can
arrange the Frill over
the crown of your head
and then tuck the
remaining sides around
your ears and neck,
resembling the shape of
a horseshoe.

Q. Can
I breathe with the Frill
over my face?
A. Yes, the Frill is
made of a double
thickness of
double-napped flannel
(fuzzy on both sides)
which gives it extra
body. The extra body
allows the Frill to be
"puffed up" and not
become heavy. If the
Frill ever feels too
heavy, just push it
where you want it so you
can breathe
normally.

Q. Will
the Chill Frill stay in
place even if I toss and
turn?
 A.
If you start out with
the Chill Frill pulled
down over your head, it
will most likely stay in
place but it might need
to be "puffed up" again.
If you sleep on your
back and start out with
the Frill tucked around
your ears and neck, it
will not follow your
movements. It may take a
night or two for you to
become familiar with how
the Frill will work best
for you.

Q. What
if I find that the Chill
Frill is too warm?
A. If the weather is
too warm to use the
Chill Frill, simply fold
the Frill behind or
underneath the pillow so
it is out of the
way.

Q. Why
do you offer the smaller
size Chill Frill?
A. The smaller size,
10 x 14 inches, is
perfect for those who
use sleeping bags
because it packs easily
and can be filled with
clothing or towels to
avoid having to pack a
pillow. The smaller size
is also perfect for
people who travel by
train or plane and wish
to block out the light
and/or keep their head
warm.
